Delta Airlines partnered with JI Experience to run an ultra-targeted and highly successful online initiative seeking to reach a millennial audience in Australia, including a bespoke marketing campaign with direct return on investment.

A combination of display advertising and sponsored advertorial content created by our in-house experts was promoted on amexessentials.com with a direct CTA driving targeted viewers to book their next flight with Delta via the American Express Airline Program site. The campaign was extended to social with dedicated Facebook posts showcasing the launch of the new B777 as well as new enhancements to Delta’s customer experience and service offering. Delta Airlines also received an inclusion in the Amex Essentials E-newsletter promoting the advertorial content on amexessentials.com. During the campaign period, Delta’s strategic partnership with JI Experience on amexessentials.com was the sole promotional activity run by the airline in Australia, and the results achieved speak for themselves.
